Better to be safe than sorry. Protect your data from catastrophic loss. Schedule automatic backups of selected files, folders or your entire hard drive and save it to an off-site location. The best part is that the free service comes with 2 gigs of memory. Mac backup costs $99 per year and that comes only with 1 gig and absolutely no customer support! While you’re at it ZYB can backup your cellphone data. If you lose your phone or buy a new one you can instantly download your phone numbers and contacts. To use the service, your phone must be able to data sync. If you can get on the internet, download ringtones, check your balance, etc., then you’re good. If you’re in the USA you may have to enter ZYB sync data manually to your phone but this is only a small hassle compared with losing all your contacts.
