1. Your use of Tutortrac assumes that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. You may use Tutortrac and visit our center at any time, but to assist with traffic flow, we encourage you to check-in no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

  3. Please call to inform us if you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, otherwise we may cancel and assign your slot to a walk in student. If this happens, you will be responsible for rescheduling another appointment.

  4. You are strongly encouraged to schedule a tutoring or coaching appointment prior to coming to the center. We are often unable to accommodate your request for immediate attention and so discourage walk in appointments.

  5. You will not be able to click on and therefore schedule appointments that are outside of a seven days window or that are already fully scheduled.

  6. If you miss one RLC appointment without canceling, your account will deactivate and all your standing appointments will be canceled. You must then visit the RLC in person to have your account re-activated. You may not attend tutoring sessions until your account is re-activated. Each subsequent missed appointment will result in a deactivation. Reactivation will be delayed by the number of days you were absent during the current semester, e.g., if you have missed three appointments, you must wait three days to be reactivated. We do not wish to inconvenience you in this manner; however, each scheduled appointment removes a session from the available pool of appointments, and if you do not attend, this unnecessarily penalizes other students.

  7. If you call us to cancel your appointment you are still responsible for confirming that your request was successfully completed. Failing to do so may result in your session being recorded as a missed appointment.

  8. Attendance means that you have also signed in to the Center via Tutortrac. If you attend your session but fail to sign in to the center, your attendance will be recorded as a missed appointment.

  9. Should Tutortrac become temporarily disabled, all group sessions and single person sessions will be treated as walk-in sessions. Ongoing individual appointments will remain unaffected.

  10. In order to deliver our services in a relatively distraction free environment, we require that you follow the guidelines stipulated here and the instructions given to you by our staff during your visit.
